Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cotto closes the distance and pushes Mu back into the ropes.
Cotto creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
A right hand to the body from Mu.
Mu blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Cotto tries to break free but Mu pushes him back against the ropes.
Cotto tries a body shot but Mu blocks it.
Mu fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Mu struggles to land a body shot inside as Cotto controls his hands.
Mu scores with a shoulder strike.
Mu swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Cotto trying to control the position but instead, Mu has worked for underhooks and has pushed Cotto into the ropes.
A head punch on the inside from Mu fails to land.
Mu can't find room to land a body shot as Cotto controls the action.
Cotto lands a left hand that snaps the head of Mu backwards.
Mu working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Mu stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.

Cotto blocks an uppercut.
Cotto tries to circle away but Mu has him pinned against the ropes.

Cotto is breathing heavily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Cotto is looking to control Mu's arms but Mu gets an underhook and turns him. Now Cotto has his back to the ropes.

Mu blocks a body shot from Cotto.
Mu pushes Cotto back against the ropes and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Cotto prevents a body shot from Mu.
Cotto working aggressively here.
Cotto swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Mu lands an uppercut.
Cotto tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Mu tries to throw a body punch but Cotto avoids it by throwing Mu back against the ropes.
Cotto blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Mu.
Mu digs a right hand into Cotto's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Cotto's gas tank.

Mu throws a head punch that misses.
A head punch on the inside from Cotto fails to land.
Mu misses with a punch on the inside.

Mu lands a left hand.

Cotto breaks the clinch.
Mu misses with a low kick.
Cotto feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Mu's calf.
A combination from Cotto does no damage.

Cotto connects with a leg kick. Mu looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

Cotto throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

and Mu counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

Mu connects with a beautiful left hand that drops Cotto onto his butt! Cotto bounces straight back up though - he's OK. After the ref checks him out, we're back to the action.

It looks like Miguel Cotto has been cut.
An inside leg kick lands from Mu.
The fighters circle momentarily. Mu darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.

Cotto is rocked!
BAM! Mu delivers a spinning backfist that drops Cotto like a ragdoll! This is all oooooveeeer! He was out before he hit the ground!
