Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sivile Gonya (ranked 1005 p4p, 138 weight class) and Guido Turturro (ranked 779 p4p, 105 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Turturro takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Gonya definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Turturro doesn't manage to clinch there - Gonya circles away.
Gonya lands a head kick. Turturro smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Turturro has taken the fight to the clinch.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Turturro.
Gonya tries to work over Turturro's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Gonya tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Gonya can't find room to land a body shot as Turturro controls the action.
Turturro tries to pull guard but Gonya won't allow it.
Turturro tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Turturro ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Turturro no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Gonya is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.

Turturro is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Gonya knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Turturro on the ground.
