Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Miguel Escrima (ranked 2155 p4p, 0 weight class) and Christian Cyborg (ranked 2663 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Christian Cyborg was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cyborg will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
A slapping leg kick lands for Escrima.
Escrima throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Cyborg cracks Escrima with a right hand to the side of the head.
Escrima swings for the body but Cyborg moves out of range.
Cyborg on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Escrima cracks Cyborg with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Christian Cyborg seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cyborg fails with an attempt to clinch.
A jab lands there for Escrima.
Escrima scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
Nice body punch from Escrima.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Escrima tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Cyborg was well out of range. Poor timing from Escrima.

Cyborg stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Escrima.
Escrima cracks Cyborg with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Cyborg has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Escrima takes a swing at Cyborg's ribcage but misses.
Escrima scores with a shot to the body.
Escrima has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Punch Out Gym in the buildup to the fight.
Cyborg looks winded!

Cyborg needs to keep his hands up - Escrima had a free shot at his head there.

Escrima cracks Cyborg with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Escrima scores with a jab. Cyborg acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Cyborg ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Escrima moves away.

Escrima connects with a nice looking jab.
Cyborg is still on wobbly legs! Can Escrima finish him?
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Escrima.
Escrima lands with a massive overhand right! Stick a fork in Cyborg - he's out cold! Ermm... I think I just mixed my metaphors but yeah... That was a nice KO! Big win for Escrima!

After winning the bout, Miguel Escrima thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
