Coming up we have a light heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Kaine Krause (ranked 1094 p4p, 145 weight class) and Biggie Righty Handy (ranked 2276 p4p, 271 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Handy has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Krause ducks down and throws a hook to the body.

Handy's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Krause throws a big counter combination but Handy scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.
Krause comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Handy scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Krause doesn't seem bothered though.

Handy chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Krause can pounce on him.

Handy lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.

Handy throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

and Handy cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Handy bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Krause's head backwards.

Kaine Krause's cut is getting worse.

Handy lands with a thumping leg kick.

Krause is rocked!
Handy throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Oh Krause is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Krause ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Krause seems to have got his legs back now.
Krause misses with a head kick.
Handy throws a switch kick that catches Krause on the top of the head and drops him to the canvas! Krause looks hurt - I'm not sure he's going to get back up! The referee starts the count but calls it off at seven as Krause flops around on the canvas, clearly in no position to continue! This fight is over!
