Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nikolay Panayotov (ranked 2319 p4p, 291 weight class) and Jim Fitzsimmons (ranked 1436 p4p, 200 weight class). Panayotov's entrance music is Mad World - Gary Jules / Tears For Fears (Cover by Jasmine Thompson). A fine choice. Jim Fitzsimmons is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Fitzsimmons wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Panayotov is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.

Panayotov cracks Fitzsimmons with a left hook right on the temple and Fitzsimmons goes down! He's out! Referee! Stop the fight! Panayotov lands a few more punches before the dopey ref steps in - hopefully Fitzsimmons is OK!

Nikolay Panayotov seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
Jim Fitzsimmons was interviewed post fight and said 'A jolly good scrap, old chum! I say, will you join me for a spot of gin and tonic?'.
