Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Smith (ranked 2165 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rastaphan Dominatrix (ranked 3905 p4p, 0 weight class). Smith comes to the cage accompanied by Therion - Sitra Ahra. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dominatrix shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Smith as he jumps to the side.
Smith throws a counter high kick but Dominatrix was just alert enough to avoid it.
Smith slaps away a takedown attempt from Dominatrix, before circling back to the center of the mat.
A counter left hand to the body from Smith misses its target.
Smith lands a nice shot to the body.
An inside leg kick lands from Dominatrix.
Smith works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Dominatrix scores with a nice right hand.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Smith fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Dominatrix manages to avoid it.
