Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between John Starman (ranked 3250 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ramon Cassel (ranked 3861 p4p, 0 weight class). Starman's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, David Bowie - Starman. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ramon Cassel!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Wesley Smith and Stewart Dunkirk.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Starman's jab looks to have found its range, popping Cassel under the eye.

It looks like Ramon Cassel has been cut.
Cassel shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Starman pinned against the cage. Starman gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Starman appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.

Cassel feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Starman wants to sweep here but Cassel controlling him for the moment.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Starman pulls Cassel in close to prevent any damage.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Starman jabs Cassel to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Starman lands with a nice body punch.
Cassel takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
We've been told by Starman's head coaches at Team Beta Fail that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Cassel has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Cassel there as he acknowledges the shot.

Starman lands a left and a right that sends Cassel crashing to the canvas! Starman dives into mount looking to finish!

Cassel is rocked!

Starman postures up and throws a big right hand. BOOM! Right on the button! Cassel is out cold - huge knockout for Starman!
