PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Brian Ortega (ranked 2987 p4p, 287 weight class) and Thing Thing (ranked 2159 p4p, 211 weight class). Thing has chosen Thing as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Thing Thing!
The judges for this bout are Darius Henderson, Eliza Hachem and Topper Green.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thing tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

My spies in UnderGround Training Facility inform me that Thing has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!

Thing has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Ortega's face.

Thing cracks Ortega with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:38 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Thing Thing!
During a confident post fight interview, Thing Thing thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
