Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Desperately To Be Positive (ranked 3189 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jackie Li (ranked 3188 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 5 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Jackie Li!
The judges for this bout are David Hoff, Michael Johnstone and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
To Be Positive looks to score with a jab to the body but Li is just out of range.
Li throws out a counter right but To Be Positive avoids it with no problem.
To Be Positive throws a right and a left that both miss.
A jab from To Be Positive misses.
To Be Positive connects with a single shot there.
Li tries for a takedown but To Be Positive circles away easily
and To Be Positive connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
It looks like Jackie Li has been cut.
To Be Positive scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
To Be Positive lands a left and a right that send Li crashing to the mat, dazed. To Be Positive thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Li is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
To Be Positive looks to land a combination but Li avoids it well.
Li appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
Li is still on wobbly legs! Can To Be Positive finish him?
Li steps to the side to avoid the strikes from To Be Positive.
Li seems to have recovered his senses.
Desperately To Be Positive seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Li tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but To Be Positive swivels and escapes.
Li blocks a jab.
Li manages to get an easy takedown there - catching To Be Positive on his heels. He'll look to pass To Be Positive's guard now, I'm sure.
To Be Positive has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Li is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.
To Be Positive has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

The referee calls for Li to work.
To Be Positive escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Li gets in close and instigates a clinch.
To Be Positive has had enough of the clinch but Li keeps him there for the moment.
Li gets a trip takedown into half guard.
Li tries to pass to full mount but To Be Positive defends it.
Li looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Li is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Li is working for a guillotine from mount but To Be Positive frees his head quite easily.
To Be Positive is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.

Li trying to control but he's not successful this time.
To Be Positive wants to try and get back to his feet.
Li controlling the position easily from mount.
You get the feeling that To Be Positive really doesn't like being in this position too much.
Li jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but To Be Positive manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
To Be Positive tries to escape but Li is in control.
To Be Positive is not content to let Li control the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Li is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
Li has hold of To Be Positive's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! To Be Positive tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Li cranks the arm and To Be Positive screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from To Be Positive, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Jackie Li!
A very excited looking Jackie Li made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
Desperately To Be Positive spoke after the fight, saying 'My opponent is a homosexual pedo'.
