Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Alvar Rautio (ranked 3225 p4p, 141 weight class) and Gauthier Delisle (ranked 1683 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Michael Johnstone, Santiago Holmes and Sandra Marshall.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Delisle throws a body shot but no joy.
Rautio loads up on a big right hand but Delisle slips the punch.
Delisle shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Rautio napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Rautio is trying to control Delisle's posture but Delisle avoids it.
Delisle tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though.
Delisle wants to lay and pray for a moment but Rautio keeps working.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
You can see the frustration on Rautio's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
Delisle tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Delisle has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Well Delisle has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
