Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are James Atkins, James Ackerman and Colin Fotheringham.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ryan throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Glinner's waist but Glinner gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ryan off to one side.

Glinner looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Ryan is trying to stand up here but Glinner is controlling him well.
Glinner is trying to control. Ryan wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Glinner is looking for a kimura but Ryan is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Glinner to get the leverage.
Glinner trying to control the action but Ryan is working from the bottom.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Glinner working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
Glinner sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Ryan defending well though.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ryan tries to roll over but Glinner keeps him under control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ryan is trying to control but can't.
Glinner has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Ryan is breathing heavily.
Glinner prevents Ryan from improving his position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Glinner wants to work for an arm triangle but Ryan is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Ryan gets back to full guard.
Ryan tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Ryan is looking for a triangle but Glinner pushes his legs off easily.
Glinner makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Ryan keeping moving, preventing Glinner from controlling successfully.

Glinner drops back looking for a leg! Ryan is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Ryan manages to kick Glinner off! Glinner jumps back into Ryan 's guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Glinner avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Glinner connects with a couple of short punches.
Ryan wants to sweep but no luck.

Ryan is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Glinner is aware though and is defending well.

Glinner has gone for a leg lock! Ryan slips out almost immediately though and dives into Glinner's guard.

Glinner working for a triangle but Ryan defends it easily.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Ryan is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Glinner has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Ryan is looking to defend but Glinner has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Ryan ! Glinner pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Ryan taps out and this one is all over!
