Lowell avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Jonas Maker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Maker swings and misses with a hook to the body.

and Maker connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Maker cracks Lowell with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the ropes.

Maker ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Lowell moves away.
Maker looks to land a right hand but Lowell moved out of range.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Maker fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Lowell looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Oh Maker is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Lowell connects with a picture perfect right hand that knocks Maker out cold! This one is over in a flash!

Aaron Lowell spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
