Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Albert Ricci!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ace Rob!
The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rob throws a shot to the body.
Ricci connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Rob checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Ricci works Rob's body with a nice hook.
Rob takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
The fighters circle momentarily. Rob darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Ricci ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
A big left from Rob misses.
Ricci lands a front kick.
Rob misses with a straight left.
We've been told by Ricci's head coaches at Ryōzanpaku Dojo that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Rob misses with a telegraphed body shot
enabling Ricci to counter with a crisp jab.
Ricci slips a straight right by Rob.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Ricci throws a wild body kick that Rob sees coming a mile off.

Rob changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Ricci looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Rob is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Ricci knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Rob is working to tighten his grip on Ricci's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Ricci has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Rob is really squeezing tight and eventually Ricci passes out! Rob breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Ace Rob!
After winning the bout, Ace Rob thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
