Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Dan Krawinski!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kisada Nonpow!
The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Yuuki Gou and Sosuke Kotani.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Krawinski swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Nonpow counters with a low kick, right behind Krawinski 's knee.
Nonpow throws a series of punches but Krawinski moves out of range.
Nonpow avoids the head kick by Krawinski.
Krawinski closes the distance and clinches up with Nonpow, looking for a takedown. Krawinski pushes Nonpow against the cage but Nonpow circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Nonpow keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Nonpow fails with an attempt to clinch.
Nonpow fails with a takedown attempt.
Nonpow shoots in but Krawinski avoids the takedown attempt easily.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Nonpow gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Krawinski to score an easy takedown into full guard.

Krawinski postures up.
Nonpow really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Krawinski. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Nonpow had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Krawinski defends it easily.
Nonpow can't keep his opponent in guard - Krawinski advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Krawinski works his foot free and advances to mount.
Nonpow tries to hold on but Krawinski postures up.
Krawinski manages to capitalize on a mistake by Nonpow to take his back!
Krawinski is hanging on to Nonpow's back as he tries to escape.

Krawinski is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Nonpow knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Nonpow for a finish.
Nonpow looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.

Krawinski trying to secure his dominant position for a moment - making sure Nonpow doesn't escape.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Nonpow trying to control the hands but Krawinski breaks the grip.
A bit of a pause in the action here. Krawinski controlling the positon.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Krawinski seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.

Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Nonpow is in a bad position with Krawinski working for a choke. Nonpow manages to spin nicely into guard and the danger is over for the moment.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Dan Krawinski dominated that round.
OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.



Krawinski shoots in and bounces Nonpow off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Nonpow is working an open guard so Krawinski takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
Nonpow cracks Krawinski with an open hand slap.

Krawinski closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Krawinski works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.

Nonpow has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Krawinski off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Dan Krawinski is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Nonpow will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Nonpow tries to close the distance and clinch but Krawinski swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Nonpow tries to clinch up.
Krawinski appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.

Nonpow tries to score a power double leg takedown but Krawinski sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Nonpow somewhat.
Krawinski appears to be looking for a big counter.

Krawinski gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Krawinski can't break the clinch.

Nonpow breaks the clinch.
Krawinski misses with a combination
and Nonpow counters with a one-two to the body.
Nice takedown defense from Krawinski. No joy for Nonpow on that attempt.
Dan Krawinski has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kisada Nonpow.
Krawinski will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Nonpow darts in looking for a takedown but Krawinski gets double underhooks and turns Nonpow into the cage.
Nonpow is breathing heavily.
Nonpow fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
It looked like Krawinski was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
No luck for Nonpow with that takedown attempt.
A combination from Krawinski does no damage.

Krawinski shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Krawinski was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
This has been an exciting period of action!
You can see the frustration on Nonpow's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Krawinski is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Nonpow can do to turn this around?

Krawinski has hold of Nonpow's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Nonpow tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Krawinski cranks the arm and Nonpow screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Nonpow, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:20 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Americana). Dan Krawinski!
