The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Liguy shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
Liguy seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
Liguy is figuring out what he wants to do next.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Mybitch tries to kick Liguy off but Liguy keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Liguy perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Mybitch keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Liguy passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Mybitch!
Liguy has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Mybitch tries to get back to half guard but can't.
