Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Hugh Johnson and Topper Green.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Arciniega throws an off balance right hand
and Fusi counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Fusi has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Fusi tries to bum rush Arciniega with a series of wild strikes but Arciniega uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Fusi lands a big uppercut and Arciniega crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Arciniega looks OK. Fusi waves Arciniega back to his feet!
Arciniega is rocked!
It looks like Alejandro Arciniega has been cut.
Fusi lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Arciniega at a distance.
Arciniega is still on wobbly legs! Can Fusi finish him?
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Arciniega slips under a jab from Fusi.
Arciniega seems to have recovered his senses.
Arciniega uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Fusi.
Fusi lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Arciniega up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Fusi from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Arciniega's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). James Fusi!
