The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bjornsson keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Zan.
Bjornsson was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
A looping hook to the body misses from Zan. Bjornsson does a little dance to reset his feet.
Bjornsson displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Zan throws out the jab.

Bjornsson darts in and clinches Zan up against the cage.
Bjornsson's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
I was talking to Bjornsson's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Zan is trying to break the clinch but Bjornsson has him pressed against the cage.

Bjornsson jumps into guard, dragging Zan to the mat.
Bjornsson trying to keep a closed guard but Zan is proving a slippery customer.

Bjornsson looking for a triangle here. Zan is fighting it but it looks tight! Bjornsson pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Zan is tapping out - this one is all over!
