Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Kyle Cobra!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Tyson James!
The judges for this bout are Sandra Marshall, Winston Alpacca and Santiago Holmes.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Cobra tries to sprawl but James drives through with a takedown into half guard.
Cobra is looking to improve his position.
Cobra on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Cobra tries to get out of the position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Cobra bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in James's guard.

James is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
James is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.

Cobra wants to pass the guard but James is keeping the position.

Cobra loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
James is pulling down on Cobra's head to control his posture.
Cobra throws a big right hand that misses.

James bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Cobra's guard.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with James in particular looking to stall.

James postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Cobra badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of James around the waist but James pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! James is the winner by TKO! James jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tyson James!
