Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Orpheus Boagrius (ranked 57 p4p, 2 weight class) and Hip Hop (ranked 58 p4p, 3 weight class). Boagrius comes to the cage accompanied by Akkadian Empire . Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boagrius looks to score with a jab to the body but Hop is just out of range.

Hop lands a big head kick that sends Boagrius tumbling to the mat! Hop takes a step backwards and waves Boagrius back to his feet - he wants the finish!

It looks like Orpheus Boagrius has been cut.
Boagrius tries a low kick but Hop avoids it.
Hop throws out a counter right but Boagrius avoids it with no problem.
Hop uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Boagrius.
Hop takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Hop avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Despite the aggression on Hop's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Hop comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

It looked like Boagrius wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Hop throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.

and Hop cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

and Hop counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Boagrius uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Hop.
Boagrius throws the left hand but Hop avoids the punch easily.
A nice side step and Hop releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Boagrius rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Hop counters with a nice leg kick.
Boagrius uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Hop.

Hop misses with a hook
and Boagrius counters with a stiff right hand.
Boagrius throws out a powerful jab.
Hop tries to land a front kick but Boagrius steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Hop bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Hop looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Hop moves out of range as Boagrius throws a body kick.
And Hop responds with a good body kick, but Boagrius manages to step out the way in time.
Boagrius doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Boagrius throws a right and a left that both miss.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Hop dodges the punch combination from Boagrius.
Hop slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Boagrius is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
Boagrius misses with a lunging right hand

and Hop counters with a nice right hand that sends Boagrius toppling to the canvas! Boagrius scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Hop finish him?!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Boagrius throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Hop walks into a stiff left hand from Boagrius.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Hop stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Boagrius.
Hop jabs Boagrius to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Hop takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Boagrius throws a hook but Hop blocks it.
Hop replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Boagrius blocks it well.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

and Boagrius counters with a nice right hand that sends Hop toppling to the canvas! Hop scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Boagrius finish him?!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Boagrius moves in close and cracks Hop with a massive right hand! Hop, frozen momentarily in time, tumbles to the canvas, already out cold! A brutal knockout by Boagrius!
