Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Alex Parker (ranked 1794 p4p, 220 weight class) and Alex Graves (ranked 2563 p4p, 301 weight class). Graves has chosen London Calling as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Jeff Smith and Josh West.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Graves tries to clinch up.
Parker is looking for a counter combo.
Graves misses with a takedown
and Parker counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Graves thinking.

Parker slaps away a takedown attempt from Graves, before circling back to the center of the mat.
A quick step to the side and Parker tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Alex Parker has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alex Graves.
Graves shoots in and drives through. Parker sprawls well.
Parker throws a big counter combination but Graves scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.

Graves shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Parker pinned against the cage. Parker gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Parker throws a counter high kick but Graves was just alert enough to avoid it.

Graves tries to close the distance and clinch up but Parker swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Parker looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
Graves shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Parker but Parker pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Parker delivers a nice body kick.
Graves fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Parker digs a good body shot into Graves's ribs.
Graves darts in trying to clinch
and Parker counters with a big head kick but Graves shrugs it off.
Graves gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Parker cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

and Parker makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Graves shoots in but Parker avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Graves takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Graves goes for a double leg but Parker avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Parker continues to drive forward.
Graves shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Parker as he jumps to the side.
Parker connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Parker lands a big head kick that sends Graves tumbling to the mat! Parker takes a step backwards and waves Graves back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Graves is rocked!

It looks like Alex Graves has been cut.
Graves ducks into an uppercut from Parker and that's knocked him out cold! This one is all over!
