The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A right-left combo lands from Penn.
Penn fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Blood For Blood looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Blood For Blood throws a right and a left that Penn avoids nicely.
A shot to the liver by Blood For Blood. Beautiful body shot.
Penn ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
It looked like Penn wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Blood For Blood takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Blood For Blood throws a shot from downtown. Penn moves away and avoids it.
Blood For Blood looks to clinch
and Penn cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Penn throws a powerful right kick. Blood For Blood tried to block low but the kick was high! Blood For Blood was taken right off of his feet! Penn jumps in to finish the job and the ref tackles him! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). James Penn!
After winning the bout, James Penn thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
