Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Macho Randy (ranked 2888 p4p, 62 weight class) and Dzoko Dzoker (ranked 1577 p4p, 60 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Randy gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Dzoker to score an easy takedown into full guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.

Dzoker has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Randy can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Macho Randy dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Dzoker looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Randy is fending him off so far but Dzoker persists. Nope, Randy circles away and we're back to standing.

Randy scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Randy here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man.

After the fight, Macho Randy was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
Dzoko Dzoker spoke after the fight, saying 'thanks my sponsors and fans'.
