Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Melchizedek Halo (ranked 2082 p4p, 298 weight class) and Shark Attack (ranked 1866 p4p, 276 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
16 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Melchizedek Halo!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

29 - 34 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Shark Attack!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Tiny Johnson and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Attack changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Halo tries to avoid it but Attack manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Halo to the ground. Halo escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Halo lands a jab to the nose.
Attack throws a leg kick that misses.
Attack shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Halo jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit.
Halo moves into range and connects with a jab.
Attack closes the distance and clinches.
Halo makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
A short left from Halo.
Attack stalling in the clinch but Halo improves position.
Attack tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Halo breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Halo throws a lazy right hand but Attack sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Halo connects with a solid leg kick.
Attack moves into range and clinches up with Halo.
Attack will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Halo up against the cage.
Halo prevents a body shot from Attack.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Attack wants to take the fight to the mat but Halo manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Melchizedek Halo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Shark Attack.
Halo lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Attack backwards.

Attack lands a nice shot to the body.
Halo lands a body punch in the clinch.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Halo.

Attack misses with a hook to the ribs.

Halo pushes Attack back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Still in the clinch, Halo scores with a nice short uppercut.
Halo pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Attack ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Halo moves away.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Attack shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Halo manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
Attack content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.

Halo looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Attack is fighting to break Halo's control of his arms but Halo is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Attack throws a strike but Halo rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Halo slips nicely into half guard.
Attack tries to roll over but Halo keeps him under control.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Halo is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Attack reverses the position - he's now on top in Halo's guard.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Halo is on top in guard.

Halo wants to lay and pray for a moment but Attack keeps working.

Halo connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Attack some visible discomfort.
Attack is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Halo off and has taken his back!

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Halo scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Halo keeps Attack at a distance using the push kick.

Melchizedek Halo is winning the standup battle so far.
A solid leg kick lands there for Halo.
Halo lands with an uppercut that bounces Attack off the cage and back into range.
That has opened up Shark Attack's cut even more.
Halo is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Attack can do to turn this around?
Halo bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.

and Attack takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
A slapping leg kick lands for Halo.

Halo throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Halo lands a head kick. Attack smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Attack looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
Halo is looking for a sweep. Attack is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Attack is thwarting Halo's attempts to control the position.
Halo is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Halo preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head.
Halo is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Attack's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Attack's back!

Oooooh!!! Halo has knocked Attack down with a huge combo! Halo steps away and waves a wobbly Attack back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Attack is still on wobbly legs! Can Halo finish him?
This has been an exciting period of action!
Halo throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Halo lands a jab to Attack's midsection.
Halo scores with a jab to the head.
The cut above Shark Attack's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Attack doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Halo counters with a huge left! Attack is in big trouble! He's backing up but Halo isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Attack from any more damage. A dominating finish by Halo!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:39 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Melchizedek Halo!
During a confident post fight interview, Melchizedek Halo thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
