PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Toby King (ranked 4681 p4p, 463 weight class) and Manny Wooston (ranked 4034 p4p, 423 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Toby King has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Toby King seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wooston throws a jab but it's blocked by King.
King looks to land a body kick but Wooston moved away.
King swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Wooston lands a left and a right that send King crashing to the mat, dazed. Wooston thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Wooston's coach down at Grind Time Elite {$900} was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Wooston's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Wooston shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. King defends it nicely.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
