Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Swango lands a body shot.
Swango fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Swango lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.

Antipatros throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Swango was covering up waiting for the punch and Antipatros finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Antipatros postures up in Swango's guard and throws a big left but Swango blocks it.
Antipatros stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Swango swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Antipatros might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Antipatros's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Michael Swango seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Swango cracks Antipatros with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Swango has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Antipatros to stand back up!

Antipatros is rocked!

Swango drops Antipatros with a straight right hand, right on the button! Swango follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
