Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ole NKone (ranked 7550 p4p, 435 weight class) and Walter Flanagan (ranked 4039 p4p, 319 weight class). NKone comes to the cage accompanied by Money's Too Tight To Mention. Flanagan has chosen The Wizard as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Flanagan shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

NKone had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Flanagan defends it easily.

Flanagan got a little sloppy there for a moment and NKone has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Flanagan has managed to get both his arms back between NKone's legs - danger averted.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
NKone wants to sweep but no luck.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as NKone holds on and takes a little breather.

NKone seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.

NKone is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Flanagan defends well.

NKone tries to free his leg and advance position but Flanagan is retaining full guard.

NKone drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Flanagan manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now NKone has Flanagan in his guard.

NKone has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Flanagan can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Flanagan stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. NKone swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Flanagan is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

NKone has his foot on Flanagan's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Flanagan works his way back into a safe position though.
