Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Markus Androula (ranked 3330 p4p, 340 weight class) and Tevin Felix (ranked 7065 p4p, 541 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Markus Androula!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Tevin Felix!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Felix tries for a takedown but Androula sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
A decent looking cross lands there for Androula.
It looks like Tevin Felix has been cut.
Androula throws a series of strikes that have Felix backpedaling.
Androula dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Felix shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Androula pinned against the ropes. Androula gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Felix shoots in but Androula avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Markus Androula has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tevin Felix.
Androula scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Felix doesn't seem bothered though.
Horrible takedown attempt by Felix or perhaps it was just good defense by Androula, which made it look bad.
Androula changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Felix throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Felix throws a body shot but no joy.
Androula lands a lovely overhand right.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Felix throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Androula tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Felix is in Androula's guard.

Androula is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Felix looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Felix slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.

Felix is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Androula is aware though and is defending well.

Felix manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Androula manages to get himself to full guard.

Felix drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Androula manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Felix has Androula in his guard.
Felix wants to sweep here but Androula controlling him for the moment.

Androula is posturing up here but Felix has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Androula tries to roll out but it's too tight and Androula has to tap! Slick submission there by Felix!

Tevin Felix spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
