Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paulo Lima (ranked 5541 p4p, 0 weight class) and Drax Tauro (ranked 5594 p4p, 568 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Paulo Lima!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Drax Tauro !
The judges for this bout are Bart Greer, Daniel Franklin and Winston Alpacca.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lima circles away from the clinch attempt.
Tauro throws out a leg kick but Lima moves out of range and Tauro only half commits.
Tauro closes the distance and clinches.
Lima wants to take the fight to the mat but Tauro manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Tauro drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Lima gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Lima goes for a takedown attempt but Tauro pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Lima tries to close the distance and clinch up but Tauro swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Lima shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Lima was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Tauro really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lima. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tauro tries to bench press Lima off him but Lima keeps the position.
Lima advances to full mount.
Lima working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Tauro looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by Lima! Submission of the night perhaps?
