Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alan Moore (ranked 1511 p4p, 179 weight class) and Kamakiri Yoritomo (ranked 1617 p4p, 187 weight class). Yoritomo has chosen Praying Mantis - Praying Mantis as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moore displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Yoritomo throws out the jab.
Moore appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body.

Yoritomo closes the distance and clinches.
Moore tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Moore lands an uppercut.

Moore's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Yoritomo gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Moore.
Moore throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.

Yoritomo might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

It seemed like Yoritomo was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

And an attempted straight right on the counter from Yoritomo! But no joy.
Yoritomo drops Moore with a straight right hand, right on the button! Yoritomo follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
