Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michael MP (ranked 2981 p4p, 142 weight class) and Sir Reginald Beefcake (ranked 3169 p4p, 153 weight class). MP comes to the cage accompanied by Whitesnake - Is This Love?. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Beefcake rushes MP and presses him up against the cage.
MP on the defensive, avoiding the knees to the body.

Beefcake throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but MP blocks it with crossed arms.

MP has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Beefcake after a bit of a struggle.

MP turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and MP manages to end up in side control.

MP throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Beefcake's waist but Beefcake gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing MP off to one side.

Beefcake throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
MP is looking to counter with head kicks.

Beefcake lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but MP circles away quickly and effectively.
MP appears to be looking for a counter takedown.

Beefcake defends well against a solid takedown attempt from MP.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Beefcake fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

MP shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. MP showed some decent athleticism there.

Beefcake got a little sloppy there for a moment and MP has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Beefcake has managed to get both his arms back between MP's legs - danger averted.
