The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A chopping leg kick lands by Falcao.
Emelianenko shoots in for a takedown but Falcao shows good takedown defense.
Falcao connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

Falcao turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Falcao comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.

Falcao fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Emelianenko has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Falcao lands with a straight right. Emelianenko didn't see that one coming.
Emelianenko fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Emelianenko tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Emelianenko chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Falcao can pounce on him.
Falcao fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Emelianenko looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

A decent looking body kick lands there for Falcao.
Falcao cracks a nice hook into Emelianenko's ribs.
Falcao fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Emelianenko on the side of the head.
Emelianenko is rocked!
Falcao connects with a leg kick. Emelianenko looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Falcao keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Oh Emelianenko is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Falcao cracks Emelianenko with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Emelianenko falls to his knees and Falcao doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
