Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Albert Ricci (ranked 4449 p4p, 327 weight class) and Gray Cuida (ranked 4252 p4p, 316 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ricci jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Cuida misses with a looping right.

Ricci fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Cuida checks it well.

Ricci feints and then cracks Cuida's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Cuida down.

Ricci wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Ricci connects with a good right hand that stumbles Cuida. Cuida circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Albert Ricci spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
Gray Cuida was interviewed post fight and said 'This is why I run...'.
