The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Favelli looks for the body kick but Day saw that one coming.
Favelli slips a jab from Day.
Favelli swings away with a body shot that misses
and Day counters with a stiff right hand.
Day misses with an attempted mid kick.
A shot to the liver by Day. Beautiful body shot.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Favelli, right into the meat.
Day's jab looks to have found its range, popping Favelli under the eye.
Day slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Favelli tries a low kick but Day avoids it.
Day on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Favelli. Favelli obviously looking to wear him down.
Stellario Favelli seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Favelli throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Day counters with a nice body shot.
A slapping leg kick lands for Favelli.
Favelli throws a nice inside leg kick.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Day throws a lazy right hand but Favelli sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Favelli throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Day counters with a head kick. That will keep Favelli thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Favelli feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Day's calf.
Day has a takedown stuffed.
Favelli ducks under a wild hook from Day.
Favelli walks into a straight right hand from Day.

Favelli throws a jab when Day was well out of range.
Day on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Favelli misses with a straight right.
Day lifts his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
The fighters circling - Favelli throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Day changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Day avoids a kick to the body.
Day tries to counter with a takedown but Favelli is quick to defend against it.
The crowd cheers as Favelli lands an impressive looking overhand right. Day doesn't seem phased though.
Favelli pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Day lands with a slapping head kick.

Favelli is rocked!
Day has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Gentlemans Offence and Defense System in the buildup to the fight.
Crack! A monster head kick from Day and Favelli falls like a tree - timbeeeeeeeeeeerrrr! A highlight reel knockout by Day!
