Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Thorbjorn Heimendahl (ranked 44 p4p, 2 weight class) and Dustin Kruger (ranked 77 p4p, 5 weight class). Kruger is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Enter The Spingbok Ninja. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Heimendahl looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

enabling Kruger to counter with a crisp jab.
Heimendahl tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

and Kruger counters with a straight right hand.
Kruger throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Heimendahl stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
