The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hogan darts in looking for a takedown but Steel gets double underhooks and turns Hogan into the cage.
Hulk Hogan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hogan shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Steel as he jumps to the side.
Hogan shoots in for a double leg but Steel sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Steel connects with a right hand. Hogan shakes it off.

It looks like Hulk Hogan has been cut.
Steel sizes up Hogan with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

It looks like Man O Steel has been cut.

Hogan postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Steel preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Steel is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Hogan is controlling him.

Steel is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Hogan dives into side control.

The cut above Man O Steel's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Man O Steel's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
