Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Kareem Dennis (ranked 2578 p4p, 0 weight class) and Conor The Highlander (ranked 4439 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying The Highlander's choice of entrance music: Notorious Biggie Small. I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Highlander misses with a double jab.
Dennis changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.

A momentary lapse in concentration from The Highlander enables Dennis to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. The Highlander manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

The Highlander has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Dennis is working away from the top position though.
The Highlander is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Dennis 's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Dennis 's back!

That was a close round but I would say that Kareem Dennis will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

The crowd cheers as The Highlander lands an impressive looking overhand right. Dennis doesn't seem phased though.

The Highlander lands a big uppercut and Dennis crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Dennis looks OK. The Highlander waves Dennis back to his feet!

and The Highlander counters with a powerful cross that connects right on the chin and the lights go out! A massive one punch knock out!
