The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fusco misses with a combination
and Fusco takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
IsMore Ii tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Fusco swivels and escapes.
Rosario Fusco seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Fusco on the wrong end of a nice jab.
IsMore Ii ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

IsMore Ii has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

so IsMore Ii counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Fusco is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and IsMore Ii dives into side control.
Fusco on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Fusco tries to get out of the position.

Fusco is looking to regain half guard here but IsMore Ii keeps moving and retains side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
IsMore Ii lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Fusco down.
Fusco is trying to work for a sweep but IsMore Ii has mounted him!

Fusco is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. IsMore Ii locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Fusco is forced to tap!

After the fight, More IsMore Ii was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
