Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kron Silva (ranked 1329 p4p, 145 weight class) and Tyrion Lannister (ranked 2871 p4p, 264 weight class). Lannister has chosen Game Of Thrones as his entrance music. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big left from Lannister misses.

Silva looks to score with a jab to the body but Lannister is just out of range.
Silva stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Lannister.

Lannister isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Silva stacks Lannister on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Silva!

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Lannister is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Silva looks to land a strike but Lannister avoids it nicely and regains full guard.

Lannister has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

A looping hook to the body misses from Silva. Lannister does a little dance to reset his feet.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Tyrion Lannister seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Silva changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.

Lannister throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Silva shoots for a takedown but Lannister saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

Silva swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Lannister turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Lannister manages to end up in side control.

Tyrion Lannister showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!

Silva throws a shot from downtown. Lannister moves away and avoids it.
Silva jabs Lannister right on the nose. Lannister blinks but takes it well.

Silva got a little sloppy there for a moment and Lannister has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Silva has managed to get both his arms back between Lannister's legs - danger averted.
Silva throws an elbow that misses. Lannister uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Silva's guard. Nice move by Lannister!

Silva sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Lannister's guard.

Lannister is staying active underneath Silva, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lannister looking to hit a scissor sweep but Silva is one step ahead there.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Lannister has momentary wrist control but Silva slips an elbow through the middle.
Silva is looking to work some ground and pound but Lannister has wrist control.
Silva distracts Lannister with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.

Silva drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Lannister manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Silva has Lannister in his guard.

Lannister wants to control from the top but Silva keeps moving.
Silva seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission.
Lannister might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Silva haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
