Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yeily staying out of range there.
Thunda throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Yeily was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind.
Yeily motions for Thunda to come forward. Yeily throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Yeily cracks a nice hook into Thunda's ribs.
Thunda misses the shot to the body.
Yeily scores with a hook.

Thunda connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

It looks like Tei Yeily has been cut.

Yeily fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Thunda is out of range.
Thunda lands a front kick.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Yeily gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Yeily bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

Yeily looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Yeily lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Thunda has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Thunda and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Thunda throws a front kick aimed at Yeily's knee but Yeily avoids it well.
Yeily throws out a counter right but Thunda avoids it with no problem.
Yeily feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Thundas jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Thunda ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Yeily cracks a nice hook into Thunda's ribs.
A slapping leg kick lands for Yeily.
Yeily fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Thunda rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Yeily counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Thunda displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination.
Yeily lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
DJ Thunda seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Thunda takes one to the chin there.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

A clash of legs there as Yeily blocks the low kick.
Yeily lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Yeily dips to his left and cracks Thunda with an uppercut!
Yeily swings away with a leg kick that misses.

Thunda looks to land a left hand but Yeily moved out of range nicely.
It seemed like Yeily was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Thunda takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Thunda thows a left - swing and a miss!
Yeily misses with a straight right.
Yeily throws a nice outside leg kick.
Yeily finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
It looked like Thunda wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Yeily scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Yeily takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

That has opened up Tei Yeily's cut even more.
Thunda misses with a right hand
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Thunda throws the left hand but Yeily avoids the punch easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Tei Yeily will probably get the nod.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the ring so we can get back down to business.

Yeily's corner calls for a 1-2. Yeily obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Yeily connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Thunda stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Yeily walks straight into a perfectly timed right hook, crumpling him to the floor! Yeily is in all kinds of trouble here - can he beat the count? 3,4,5,6,7,8,9....10 - he's out and it's by a long way too - he didn't ever look like beating that count!

After winning the bout, DJ Thunda thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
