The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Harada lands a high kick!

Harada gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Harada throws a head punch that misses.
Harada misses with a punch to the body.
Harada misses with a shot to the kidneys.

Thomas lands a left hand.
Harada tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.

Thomas's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Thomas misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Harada.
Harada takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Thomas connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Thomas lands a right hook to the body.
Harada misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Harada throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Thomas sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Thomas just misses with a punch to the body.
Thomas swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Harada.
Thomas pivots, looking for a leg kick but Harada is out of range and Thomas settles back down.
Harada scores with a push kick.
Harada lands a jab to the nose.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Harada has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Harada there as he acknowledges the shot.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Harada rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Thomas connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Thomas throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Harada looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
Thomas throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Harada counters with an outside leg kick.
Thomas avoids the body shot from Harada.
Thomas jabs Harada to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Thomas lands a head shot.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Thomas lands a leg kick that knocks Harada off balance momentarily.
Thomas looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Harada throws out a head kick that Thomas doesn't see coming - it connects and sends Thomas crashing to the mat face first! He's bounced up to his knees and is scrambling to get back to his feet and beat the count. He's up on 5 but still looks a bit groggy; will the referee allow it to continue??? He's taking a good look into Thomas's eyes and has decided to let it go on!
A jab from Thomas finds it's way through Harada's defenses.

Thomas scores with a jab and follows up with an uppercut that drops Harada to his knees! He bounces straight back to his feet but is forced to take the mandatory standing 8 count before he's allowed to continue. We're back under way and the fighters meet in the middle of the canvas to re-engage.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Thomas connects with a quick right hand that sends Harada tumbling backwards onto the canvas! As his head bounces into the ropes, it doesn't look good for him beating the count! 3,4,5,6,7 and he's up! No, he's back down again! This one is all over - the referee has called off the fight!
