The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Joazan tries to bum rush Pain with a series of wild strikes but Pain uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Pain lands a nice shot that snaps Joazan's head back.
Joazan waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Pain.
Pain throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.
Joazan staying out of range there.
Joazan scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Joazan throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Pain sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Pain misses with a left hand
and Joazan counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Pain lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Joazan at a distance.
Pain fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Joazan looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Joazan on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Joazan misses with a double jab.
Pain looks to throw the jab but Joazan is out of range.
Joazan has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
