The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Starbowski throws a sloppy head kick and Hakopa moves out of range easily.
Hakopa uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Starbowski.
Hakopa was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Starbowski slips under a jab.
Hakopa lands a really nice looking cross but Starbowski seems unphased.
Hakopa fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Starbowski throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Starbowski fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Hakopa has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Starbowski misses with a few strikes there.
Hakopa cracks Starbowski with a good jab.
Starbowski sizes up Hakopa with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Starbowski cracks Hakopa with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Starbowski will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Hakopa uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Starbowski has time to react.

Starbowski is rocked!
Starbowski glances at the clock... BAM! Hakopa nails him with a big right hand! A momentary lapse in concentration sends Starbowski crashing to the mat! The referee steps in and this one is over! Damn, Starbowski is out of it, he thinks the ref is his opponent!
