Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Tiny Johnson and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gears loads up on a big right hand but Harris slips the punch.

Oliver Gears seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Gears throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Harris takes a swing at Gears's ribcage but misses.
Harris scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Gears doesn't seem bothered though.

Gears tries to bum rush Harris with a series of wild strikes but Harris uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Gears throws a lazy right hand but Harris sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Gears throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Gears jabbing away but nothing is landing.

Gears tries to close the distance and clinch up but Harris swats him away and circles back towards the center.
We've been hearing reports that Harris has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Gears drops Harris with a huge uppercut! Harris drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Gears is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
