Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
10 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Conrad Calacon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Roger De Santos!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Alyssa Summers and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Calacon scores to the head and body with a nice combination!
Calacon connects with a leg kick. De Santos looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
De Santos drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
De Santos tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no De Santos has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

De Santos thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

De Santos goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Calacon has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for De Santos but great work by Calacon.
Calacon is maintaining the dominant position - no doubt De Santos will start to get frustrated soon if he's not already.
De Santos tries to bench press Calacon off him but Calacon keeps the position.
Calacon is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down De Santos's shoulder. That is not cool.

Calacon is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
De Santos tries to buck Calacon off but Calacon is having none of it.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Calacon jabs De Santos right on the nose. De Santos blinks but takes it well.
De Santos looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
De Santos wants to take a breather but Calacon is having none of it.

De Santos is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Calacon is looking for a sweep. De Santos is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
De Santos is figuring out what he wants to do next.
De Santos is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Calacon is just riding it out for now. De Santos eventually gives up the hold.
De Santos is controlling the pace.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That's time! Calacon's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
De Santos looking to score a takedown here. Calacon is defending well but De Santos drives through and ends up in Calacon's guard.
Calacon pushes De Santos off and gets back to his feet.
Calacon looks to land a combination but De Santos avoids it well.
Calacon gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows De Santos to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Calacon is looking to stand back up but De Santos counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Calacon.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Calacon is not content to let De Santos control the position.
De Santos looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Calacon is trying to stand up here but De Santos is controlling him well.

De Santos is actively looking for submissions here but good counter grappling here from Calacon as he works his way to full guard.

Calacon pulls De Santos in close to his closed guard and prevents De Santos from doing any damage or advancing position.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
De Santos pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Calacon is keeping the position for now.
Calacon controls De Santos momentarily but De Santos frees himself.
De Santos is pushing down on Calacon's leg trying to pass to half guard. Calacon is fighting to maintain full guard but De Santos has managed to sneak the leg through.
De Santos works his way into full mount!
De Santos wants to take his opponent's back but he's not managed it.

De Santos keeps trying to improve his position.
De Santos goes for an armbar but Calacon turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Calacon.
Calacon postures up.
Calacon trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Calacon knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for De Santos on the ground.

Calacon is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.
Calacon controlling from the top position.
Calacon looking to sit in guard and control but De Santos gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
De Santos trying to control the position from guard on top but Calacon is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

A close second round but Roger De Santos will probably get the nod - 10:9.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
De Santos with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Calacon to score with a decent uppercut.
Calacon throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends De Santos stumbling backwards into the cage! De Santos bounces back off the cage towards Calacon, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Calacon lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Calacon celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:11 of round 3, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Conrad Calacon!
After winning the bout, Conrad Calacon thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
The defeated Roger De Santos had this to say: 'He is a great fighter and a very good man and he won fair and square but I will be back soon for my fans!'.
