The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ueda is looking to clinch but Elwood is avoiding it.

Elwood tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Elwood was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.

Ueda is trying to maintain a safe position but Elwood gets an underhook and turns Ueda into the cage.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Elwood creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

It looks like Dokonjonosuke Ueda has been cut.
Ueda jumps guard but Elwood stands there with Ueda around his waist. Ueda gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Jake Elwood has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dokonjonosuke Ueda.
Elwood lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Elwood digs a right hand underneath Ueda's ribcage. Ueda let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Elwood connects with a superb combination that knocks Ueda out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Elwood before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Ueda!
