Garcia is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Santos takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Santos has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
This is a sustained period of stalling by Santos.
Garcia tries to improve his position but Santos has taken his back! Santos has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Garcia tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Santos pushes Garcia away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
