The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hymen walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Hymen keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Borodin.
Borodin thuds a left hand into Hymen's body.
Borodin misses with a hook. Hymen ducked under it nicely.
Hymen tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Borodin checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
A little jabbing left from Borodin on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Borodin swings and misses with a shot to the body
and Hymen counters with a straight right hand.
Nice takedown defense from Borodin. No joy for Hymen on that attempt.
It seemed like Borodin was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Hymen scores with a head kick.

It looks like Aleksey Borodin has been cut.

Hymen throws a head kick that Borodin semi-blocks.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Hymen looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.

Despite the aggression on Borodin's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Hymen has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Far-Q Fight Club in the buildup to the fight.

Hymen misses with a double jab.
Borodin throws a body shot but no joy.
Hymen throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Borodin stumbling backwards into the cage! Borodin bounces back off the cage towards Hymen, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Hymen lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Hymen celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Buster Hymen!
