Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Patryk Szczerbiec (ranked 9334 p4p, 665 weight class) and Liber Alderich (ranked 4381 p4p, 411 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Alderich's choice of entrance music: Till I collapse . Patryk Szczerbiec had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 172.6lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. The fight MMA fans around the world have waited their entire lives for!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alderich connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Szczerbiec momentarily.
Good shot there by Szczerbiec.
Alderich clinches up with Szczerbiec and pushes him back against the cage.
Szczerbiec looking for a takedown.
Alderich turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control!
Alderich is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Szczerbiec knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Alderich looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Alderich tries for a kimura but Szczerbiec is defending well.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Alderich thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Alderich has hold of Szczerbiec's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Szczerbiec seems comfortable defending it but Alderich has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Szczerbiec is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Szczerbiec is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Alderich couldn't care less - he's delighted!

Liber Alderich bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
