The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cadillac moves out of range of the strikes.
Cadillac throws a looping overhand right but Salvatierra ducks down to avoid it.
Salvatierra looks to land a left hand but Cadillac moved out of range nicely.
Cadillac with the counter takedown but Salvatierra avoids it easily.
Cadillac looks to score with a jab to the body but Salvatierra is just out of range.
Cadillac bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Salvatierra's head backwards.
Cadillac throws a body punch but Salvatierra moves out of range.
Salvatierra dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Salvatierra scores with a hook.
A punch lands to the side of Cadillac 's head but he takes it in his stride.
A combination from Cadillac does no damage.
Salvatierra looks to land a left hand but Cadillac moved out of range nicely.
Cadillac throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Salvatierra slips a straight right by Cadillac.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Cadillac throws a jab but it's blocked by Salvatierra.
Cadillac throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Salvatierra stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Cadillac misses with a shot to the body
and Salvatierra cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Cadillac connects with a nice looking jab.
Salvatierra misses with a hook. Cadillac ducked under it nicely.
Cadillac moves away from the strike by Salvatierra.
Cadillac misses with an uppercut. Salvatierra saw that one coming.
Salvatierra definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Cadillac takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Raul Salvatierra seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A big left from Salvatierra misses.
Salvatierra swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Cadillac.
Salvatierra takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Salvatierra tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Cadillac was well out of range. Poor timing from Salvatierra.
A jab from Cadillac does it's job there.
Cadillac is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Salvatierra.

Cadillac avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Cadillac looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

Salvatierra jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
A lazy left from Cadillac finds it's target.
Cadillac tries to score a power double leg takedown but Salvatierra sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Cadillac somewhat.
Salvatierra is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.

Salvatierra ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Cadillac moves away.
Cadillac lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected.
Salvatierra connects with a good right hand that stumbles Cadillac. Cadillac circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Cadillac is rocked!
Salvatierra steps in with a hook that catches Cadillac right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Salvatierra follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Cadillac looks absolutely devastated.
