Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Maikel Fortuyn (ranked 1578 p4p, 173 weight class) and Anfernee Jeremiah Booker (ranked 1723 p4p, 188 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Booker bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Fortuyn's head.

Booker jabs Fortuyn right on the nose. Fortuyn blinks but takes it well.

Jeez, Maikel Fortuyn's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
